Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens to your payment if plans change.
Advance payments
An advance payment confirms your seat. Advance payments are non-refundable. However, the amount you have paid can be adjusted against a future booking or service with us within the same calendar year — so a change of plan does not mean the money is lost.
Cancellation charges
Where a cancellation charge applies, it is calculated on the full tour price:
- 7 days or more before departure — 30% charge applies.
- 3 days or more before departure — 50% charge applies.
- Within 48 hours of departure — 100% charge applies.
No refund is given if a participant exits the trip at any stage, for any reason.
Removal from a tour
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, misconduct, abusive language, or the use of alcohol or drugs results in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Children
- Under 3 years — free of charge (lap seating or folding seat only).
- 3 to 8 years — half the adult fare (folding seat).
- Above 8 years — full adult charges with a regular seat.
Seating arrangements are subject to availability and the selected transport.
Changes we make
Itineraries can change because of road conditions, weather or local events, and tour prices are subject to fuel price fluctuations. We tell you as early as we can. A change of route or schedule made for the group's safety is not treated as a cancellation.
